Book Of Cats — slot review and demo

Egyptian theme and goddess Bastet in Book Of Cats

The slot is dedicated to the festival in honour of the goddess Bastet — patroness of the sun, moon and mysteries, daughter of the god Ra. In Ancient Egypt, cats were revered as the earthly embodiment of otherworldly power, and Bastet held a central place in the culture. BGaming shows the bright side of the goddess: she shares wisdom and treasures by opening the pages of the Golden Book. The visual design is built around Egyptian motifs and the image of the cat.

Mechanics with expanding symbol and bonus buy

In the base game, one symbol is randomly selected on the sixth reel and becomes the expanding symbol in the free spins round. During the bonus round, this special symbol occupies three positions on the reel. The Golden Book acts as both a scatter and a wild: three or more such symbols trigger a bonus game with 10 free spins and a random expanding symbol. Additional free spins can be won if three more scatters land during the bonus round. The slot offers a bonus buy feature — you can instantly activate the free spins round for the price shown on the button. After any win in the base game, a gamble round is available: you need to guess the colour or suit of a face-down card to double your win.

Specifications: 96.99% RTP and high volatility

The RTP is 96.99%, volatility is high — the slot is designed for patient players ready for rare but substantial payouts. Minimum bet is 0.01, maximum is 1. Maximum win reaches x8202 the bet. The grid includes 10 paylines. Other BGaming slots can be found in the catalogue.
