Johnny Cash — slot review and demo

Gold Rush with Johnny Cash

The slot unfolds in a saloon in the middle of the prairies, where tequila flows freely and the main character — the daring cowboy Johnny Cash — searches for bags of gold. BGaming released the game in October 2020, choosing the gold rush era as its setting. The 5×3 reels and 20 paylines operate on a medium field with cacti and tumbleweed outside the window.

Sticky Wild and Free Spins Round

In the base game, the Wild symbol substitutes for any pictures except the scatter and helps form a payout. Three or more scatters trigger 10 free spins, which can be extended right inside the round — another three scatters award a new series. The main mechanic activates precisely during free spins: all Wild symbols that land turn into Sticky Wilds and remain in place until the end of the round, accumulating on the reels and increasing the probability of large combinations.

RTP 95.98% and Above-Average Volatility

The RTP is 95.98%, volatility is above average, and the maximum multiplier is ×2077 of the bet. The betting range is from 0.01 to 2.5 units per spin. These parameters make the slot suitable for those prepared for rare but significant payouts and not expecting frequent small wins.
