Beam Boys — slot review and demo

Laser cats and wild rows in Beam Boys

The slot is built on a 6-reel, 4-row grid with a ways-wins system. The main mechanic is Wild Rows: Wild Laser Cat symbols land on reels 2–6 and shoot a laser beam left across the entire row. All positions covered by the cat itself or the beam become Wild symbols and substitute for any regular symbols on the paytable.

Volatility switch and bonus game

Hacksaw Gaming has built a mode switch into Beam Boys: low volatility means more frequent but smaller wins, extreme means rare but larger ones. The free spins round is triggered by FS scatters: three symbols award 5 spins, four award 10, five award 20, six award 40. During free spins, additional scatters extend the round: two symbols add 2 spins, three add 4 more. Maximum win reaches 12,500× bet in all game modes.

Bets, RTP and above-average volatility

Minimum bet is 0.1, maximum is 100. RTP is set at 96.4%, base volatility is above average, but you can switch to extreme or low directly in the interface. The theme mixes fantasy, horror and cats—resulting in a bright hybrid with neon aesthetics. More games from the studio are collected in the Hacksaw Gaming slots catalogue.
