RIP City — slot review and demo

Cartoon chase through the streets of RIP City

Hacksaw Gaming has released a slot styled after old cartoons: the eternal rivalry between cat and mouse unfolds across five reels and five rows. The graphics reference slapstick animation, with characters Ro$$ the Cat and Maxx the Mouse accompanying the player across 19 paylines. Maximum win reaches 12,500× the bet.

Wild cats, multipliers and two bonus rounds

The Wild Cat symbol can expand to cover the entire reel, turning into a stack of wilds. If it covers a regular WILD when expanding, that wild becomes a multiplier and applies to the entire expanded symbol. The game has two free spins modes. Ro$$ Bonus Game increases the chance of Wild Cat appearing: if five such symbols land in the top row, the entire screen fills with expanded wilds. Maxx Bonus Game works differently: the first Wild Cat appearance on a reel activates that reel permanently, with new wild cats dropping onto it until the round ends. The sooner you unlock all five reels, the higher the chance of large wins spin after spin. The provider added Bonus Buy for direct entry into bonus games and FeatureSpins™ mode: BonusHunt increases the probability of triggering free spins, Wild Cat guarantees two to three symbols on each spin depending on the selected price.

RTP, volatility and bet range

Stated RTP is 96.22%, volatility is medium (3 out of 5), offering a balance between frequency and size of wins. Minimum bet is 0.1, maximum is 100. The provider releases several versions with different RTP (94.27%, 92.32%, 88.02%), check the exact value in the game rules with your operator.
