Terms of paid casino placement (poker room, bookmaker)

1. General provisions
These terms are a public offer from the administration of Latvijakazinos (the “Site”) to operators and affiliates of online casinos (the “Partner”). The Partner accepts the offer by ticking the consent box in the request form and paying for the placement. In these terms the word “casino” also means a poker room and a bookmaker. Terms version: 2026-10-25.5.
2. What the placement includes
A place for the casino in the 6th row of the main casino rating (the “Casino rating” section), which all Site ratings are built from; the casino card in all thematic blocks of the Site (rating, bonuses, payment and game sections); a news item about the casino on the home page; a casino review analysing the license, bonuses and their terms, payments and support. The price covers all placement work: creating the pages, writing and translating the review and news texts into the Site languages, preparing the logo and card, and the developer's work on adding the casino to all Site blocks. No extra payment is charged for this work.
3. Position in the rating
The casino takes the 6th row at the moment of publication. Every subsequent paid placement also takes the 6th row, and casinos placed earlier move one row down. This does not breach these terms and gives no right to a refund or to a paid re-raise.
4. Term
The payment is one-time and the placement is permanent, for as long as the Site operates. If the domain, design or structure of the Site changes, the placement is carried over to the new version. If the Site ceases to operate, the Site's obligations end.
5. Independent review
The payment buys placement, not a score. The editorial team writes the review and sets the score according to its own methodology based on verifiable facts. The Site is not obliged to publish only positive information and states whether the casino holds a license of Latvia.
6. Casino requirements
Only casinos with a valid license are accepted: the Partner provides the regulator, the license number and a link to the register, as well as the operator's legal entity. The Site may refuse without giving reasons, including casinos without a verifiable license, with mass complaints about non-payment or with signs of fraud.
7. Payment
The price is 100 USDT on the TRON network (TRC20), paid once. The network fee is paid by the sender. The payment counts after the transaction is confirmed on the network. The Site may reject a payment from an address blocked by the USDT issuer or linked to sanctions or fraud, and return it to the sender's address.
8. Moderation and refund
The editorial team checks the casino within 5 business days after payment. If the casino is rejected at moderation, the payment is refunded in full, minus the network fee, to the sender's address or to another address confirmed by the Partner. After publication the payment is not refundable.
9. Removal from publication
The Site may remove the casino without a refund if the license is revoked or cannot be confirmed, the casino does not pay out winnings, numerous justified player complaints are received, the Partner has provided false information, or the law or a public authority requires it.
10. Partner's obligations
The Partner guarantees that the information in the request is accurate and that it holds the rights to the casino's name, logo and materials. The Partner informs the Site of changes to bonuses, terms and the website address. The editorial team may edit the materials sent.
11. Casino links
In all Site materials, links to the casino are the Site's affiliate (referral) links. The Partner ensures that the Site takes part in the casino's affiliate program. Income from these links belongs to the Site and does not reduce the placement price.
12. Labelling
Paid placements are marked as advertising or partner materials, and links to the casino carry the rel="sponsored" attribute. The Site is intended for persons aged 18+ and does not encourage anyone to bypass restrictions on access to gambling.
13. Contact details
Contacts from the request are used only for communication about the request and placement and are not passed to third parties. The transaction hash and sender address are kept as proof of payment.
14. Changes to the terms
The Site may change these terms by indicating a new version and date. Paid requests are governed by the version accepted at the time of payment.
For poker rooms and bookmakers the terms are the same: the 6th row in the poker room or bookmaker rating, a review, a news item and all site blocks.
